Система за устойчив мениджмънт на болестта Шарка (Plum pox virus) в разсадници за костилкови видове, в овощни и маточни костилкови насаждения

В периода 2008-2012 АБИ участвува в проект SharCo “Ограничаване на разпространението на Sharka вирус предвид разширението на Европейския съюз към 7РП на ЕС.

В ЕС Plum pox virus e карантинен организъм изискващ задължително изкореняване на заразените овощни дървета. Прилагането на тази мярка в силно заразените райони означава унищожаване на стотици овощни градини и милиони дървета, поради което прилагането на европейските директиви за борба с болестта е в зависимост от съответната държавата - членка на ЕС. На основата на получените резултати по проект SharCo беше изградена обща за всички страни-членки на ЕС интернет базирана система за мениджмънт на болестта Шарка в разсадници, маточни и овощни насаждения. Системата дава възможност на производителите на плодове и посадъчен материал да се възползват от предоставените препоръки за отглеждане на костилкови овощни видове във вече заразени райони, както и да приложат мерки за ранно предупреждение от поява на нови огнища на зараза с цел  минимизиране на отрицателното въздействие на болестта.

Purpose: Web portal with the information resource for storage, management and visualization of the information for selection in dairy cattle.
Registration: farms, animals, productivity.
Summary: for farm, region, breed, breeding association.
Events: dates of birth, last insemination, calving, recording, drying off, culling.
Characteristics of the productivity: milk yield, fat %, protein %, somatic cells.
Summary reports – for the individual and herd: periodical of the events, productivity in the day of recording, comparative daily productivity for consecutive arbitrary chosen recording dates, productivity for an arbitrary chosen time period, productivity for the last lactation period (judging).

Utilizing the results of genotyping of a number of sunflower breeding lines and cultivars, ABI offers analysis of homogeneity of sunflower seed materials.

Utilizing the results of genotyping of a large number of grapevine cultivars ABI offers variety identification cervices for analysis of grapevine plants and planting material.
 
Samples
Fresh or frozen young leaves or stem sticks from grapevine plants. Stem segments from grapevine planting material.
 
Price
The price of each sample analysis is 200 lv. and can be paid in the ABI or by bank transfer.

Within the 7th FP project MARLON, a team of Agrobioinstitute established an online database about the impact of feed containing GM ingredients on lifestock animals. IPAFEED platform is open access and is designed to assist stakeholders and regulators. The information provided in the platform aims to ensure faster and effective identification of possible risks related to the use of such feed.
